By using our website, Android app, or related digital services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. JITA TV is a faith-based family television and digital media ministry associated with JITA Television Ministries. Our digital services include online programming, livestreaming, ministry information, and the JITA TV Android application.

4. JITA TV Android Application

This Privacy Policy specifically applies to the JITA TV Android app. The app is intended to provide access to JITA TV programming, livestream content, ministry information, and donation access.

Android App Technical Data. The app and technical providers that support it may process limited device, network, playback, and diagnostic information necessary to deliver streaming media, keep the app functioning, secure the service, and identify technical problems.

Android Permissions. JITA TV intends to request only permissions reasonably necessary for app functionality. If a future version requires access to sensitive device permissions or data, such as precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, or similar protected information, the app will provide any disclosure and consent required by applicable law and app-store policies before such access is used.

Google Play. If you download or use the JITA TV app through Google Play, Google may independently process information relating to app delivery, installation, updates, security, device compatibility, Google Play services, and your Google account. Accounts. Unless a particular feature clearly states otherwise, the JITA TV digital experience does not require you to provide personal information merely to watch publicly available programming. If JITA TV later introduces user accounts, account-specific privacy and deletion information will be provided as required.

6. Streaming, Video, Hosting, and Embedded Media

JITA TV may rely on third-party hosting providers, livestream providers, content delivery networks (CDNs), video platforms, and embedded media players to deliver programming. When you request or watch content, those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, device or browser information, playback requests, cookies, or similar identifiers as necessary to provide their services.

Embedded content from a third-party video or social platform may operate as though you visited that third party directly. Your interaction with that provider is also subject to its own privacy policy.

7. Donations and Payment Processing

JITA TV may provide donation buttons or links that direct users to PayPal or another third-party payment or donation provider. Payment card numbers, bank information, payment login credentials, and other payment details entered directly into a third-party payment service are collected and processed by that provider rather than by the JITA TV website or Android app.

JITA TV may receive limited transaction information from a payment provider, such as a donor name, contact information, donation amount, transaction status, or reference information, when the provider makes that information available. The payment provider’s own privacy policy governs its independent processing.
